Northern Firearms Instruction (NFI) provides California and Southern Oregon residents with beginning to advanced firearms training. Our motto, "Our Right, Our Responsibility", is the foundation for all of our instruction
NFI specializes in personal defense training, including concealed carry (CCW) training, advanced personal protection training, and rifle and shotgun training for marksmanship, hunting, and self-defense.
NFI is proud to offer discrete, individualized protective firearms training, tailed to your specific needs and requirements. We can also help you plan your personal defense strategies based on your lifestyle and specific protection needs.
NFI welcomes family members ages 10 years and older to participate in all handgun and rifle/shotgun training with approval by their parent or guardian.
The founding members of NFI are retired US Army Soldiers who have applied their decades of military training experience to develop basic and advanced firearms courses for the residents of Northern California.
These courses are specifically designed for civilian personal protection skill development. We develop every CCW, Defensive Pistol, Basic Pistol Safety, and Basic Rifle Safety Course with the civilian end-user in mind. No need for experience in most of our courses!
